Ben is a Business Management graduate from Texas State University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, and a former NCAA Division I golfer who competed across two programmes: Mississippi State University, a top 10 ranked college golf programme in the United States, before transferring to Texas State University.

Alongside his collegiate career, Ben represented England at junior international level as part of the England Boys squad, competing in international matches against Scotland, Wales and Ireland.

Through competing at the highest level of junior, collegiate and amateur pathways in both the UK and United States, Ben has developed a strong understanding of golf club environments, performance structures, and the operational demands of modern facilities. This experience, combined with his academic background, has built a disciplined, detail-oriented and commercially aware approach.
