Quantum Golf have been working with Brookmans Park Golf Club for several years. As project manager, we obtained planning permission for the new swing studio, coordinating all of the consultants to deliver this first-class facility. The facility will not only provide the club professional with a year-round coaching facility but also a potential additional income stream from its use as a social function area.

In addition to this we identified and promoted an area of land that was surplus to requirements for residential development. Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council have supported this approach and propose to remove the land from the Green Belt and allocate it for residential development. Once the Local Plan is adopted the club will be seeking planning permission to develop the site. The capital receipt from the sale of land will be used to fund the replacement clubhouse and convert the existing clubhouse into apartments to provide an ongoing revenue stream for the club.
